Good News

Miso soup or a noodle bowl from vietnamese place usually hits the spot when I’m ill.

My 24 hours flu/food poisoning seems to be tapering off. I’m still having hot/cold flashes. I’ve eaten an english muffin and a banana and kept them down.  Ditto on the coconut water. Now I’m just really weak from having no fuel in my body in 24 hours. 

Moms and dads out there— what do you feed kids when they’re off the flu and still gentle on the tummy? I feel my stomach squishing around, wanting to be fed.
