When:
July 10, 2008
What:
Shades: F21Scarf: gift from ChinaDress: thriftedShoes: Target
Where:
office, cocktails
Why:
There comes a point in the season where I am completely sick of all of my clothes— I’ve wore everything once (or twice) and I don’t feel like doing photos or blogging. Its just body covering at this point.  So, I got online and spent a good chunk of time looking at style blogs and street photography. This ensemble is a result.  The dress sat in a window all summer and acquired a sun stain that I couldn’t get all the way out with bleach. So its belted over in attempts to hide it. I have no problem with wearing blemished clothing. You can always act like it just happened (toothpaste, coffee stain). That’s what I do at least.

This post made me laugh out loud.  I wear stuff with holes and stains sometimes and act like I just noticed it if someone points it out.
